The role of Events Staffing Manager* involves overseeing staffing for events, client liaison, and ensuring smooth on-site operations. *Please note that this role includes some evening and weekend work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • High-volume staff recruitment and onboarding
  • Managing staffing levels and ensuring operational coverage
  • Coordinating recruitment days and maintaining compliance (RTW, payroll, etc.)
  • Updating internal systems with staffing requirements and hours worked
  • Interpreting client briefs and matching appropriate staff
  • Setting performance targets and providing leadership to the team
  • Developing clear guidelines and training for field staff
  • Regular client visits to strengthen relationships
  • Attending events to boost staff moral

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in staff management and event-based recruitment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build lasting relationships and negotiate effectively
  • Experience in using internal database systems
  • A motivating leadership style with a talent for getting the best out of others
