We''re currently recruiting a dedicated Staffing Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in CHandCO on a part time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week.

Who you are:Posses a positive attitude and friendly approachHold at least 2 years similar experience gained in a commercial environmentProven history in recruitment and trainingAbility to lead others and delegate effectivelyStrong people management skillsDiplomacy, discretion and impartiality of judgmentPayroll Management and/or Budgeting experienceEvent/Catering experience is an advantage

The Staffing Manager needs to be commercially aware and manage the variable payroll to achieve financial targets set whilst meeting the operational needs of the location.
