EMEA Events ManagerLocation: London (Hybrid)Start Date: ASAPDuration: Contract until April 2027Rate: £250-£315 per dayIR35 Status: Inside IR35I''m working with a leading global technology organisation that is looking for an experienced EMEA Events Manager to join its collaborative Event Marketing team.This team is responsible for planning and delivering a diverse portfolio of customer, partner and executive events across Europe.Working closely with internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers, you''ll help deliver exceptional event experiences that support wider marketing and business objectives across the EMEA region.What you''ll be doing:Leading the planning and execution of live and virtual events across EMEAManaging conferences, customer events, partner summits, executive meetings and roadshowsCoordinating event logistics including venue sourcing, attendee communications, registration management and speaker coordinationManaging external suppliers, agencies, venues and vendorsOwning event budgets, contracts, timelines and project plansTracking event performance, ROI and attendee feedback to support continuous improvementCollaborating with cross-functional teams to support integrated marketing initiativesSupporting large-scale pan-EMEA event programmesIdentifying new processes and cost-saving opportunities across event programmesTravelling across Europe to support onsite event delivery when requiredWhat we''re looking for:5+ years'' experience in Event Management, Event ..... full job details .....
