This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced events professional with marketing skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of high-profile projects.We are a membership-based organisation; this role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering flagship events and supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns.Role overview
As Events and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering two flagship events, including the annual conferences and award dinners, plus other member engagement activities such as breakfasts and roundtables. You will lead logistics and communications, working closely with senior stakeholders, external partners, and suppliers to ensure each event is delivered to the highest standard. Alongside events, you will manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to boost engagement and awareness, including crafting content and running targeted email campaigns.Key Responsibilities
End-to-end management of corporate events, from concept to deliveryCoordinate logistics including venues, catering, AV, and guest communicationsLiaise with speakers (often senior executives), sponsors, and suppliersDevelop budgets, timelines, and post-event evaluationsCreate engaging marketing content for events across digital, print, and social platformsExecute email campaigns and optimise event webpagesMonitor performance metrics and report on outcomesAbout you
