Act as the first point of contact for new clients, helping them understand Feedr’s business model and identifying solutions for their long-term needs. Pass high-potential leads to sales to close contracted catering opportunitiesGenerate timely, standout offers for client quote requests and manage these requests end-to-end for both new and existing clientsBuild close relationships with our clients, becoming their reliable and go-to catering providerWork closely with all internal teams to ensure an excellent all-round customer experienceManage food event calendars and assist with seasonal communications for existing and prospective clientsProactively help clients plan their upcoming events and create offers based on their scheduled eventsAll opportunities should be tracked effectively, to demonstrate win rate, loss rate and to allow for the account management team to chase their clients’ outstanding ..... full job details .....
