Restaurant Sales and Events Administrator / Host

As a Sales Administrator you will be helping the Sales Manager to plan and organise great nights out, events, parties or functions for individuals and corporate companies. As host you will be the first point of contact for all Drake and Morgan customers, face to face and by telephone. You will meet, greet and seat all guests in a professional, courteous and friendly manner whilst being fully versed in the table plan and events business during the shift. Excellent communication skills are essential as we are looking for applicants who are able to interact freely with the team and customers.
Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Manager to plan and organise events, parties or functions for individuals and corporate clients.
Serve as the first point of contact for Drake and Morgan customers, both face to face and by telephone.
Meet, greet and seat guests in a professional, courteous and friendly manner, and be fully versed in the table plan and events business during shifts.
Communicate effectively with team and customers to ensure smooth event operations.
