Events Producer
to join our team and take ownership of the end-to-end planning and delivery of events across key European markets.The Role:As Events Producer, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the events – from initial planning and budgeting to on-site delivery and post-event evaluation. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for delegates, sponsors, and exhibitors alike.Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, production, and execution of conferences and exhibitions across Europe and LondonEnd-to-end project management, including timelines, budgets, logistics, and stakeholder communicationsWork closely with content, marketing, and sales teams to align on event goals and deliverablesSource and manage venues, suppliers, and production partnersOversee delegate and exhibitor experience, from registration to on-site supportEnsure all events meet quality, branding, and safety standardsTravel across Europe for site visits and on-the-ground event deliveryConduct post-event evaluations and reporting to inform future planningAbout You:3+ years of experience in event production, ideally within B2B conferences and exhibitionsProven track record of delivering complex events across multiple European locationsStrong organisational and time-management skills, with an eye for detailExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesComfortable working independently and as part of a fast-paced, collaborative teamWillingness to travel regularly across EuropeFluency in English; additional European languages a plusTo Apply send a copy of your CV today.We are proud to be an equal opportunities employer.
