A growing investment management firm is expanding globally and is looking for a Client Relations Manager to join their international team. This role will involve managing client relationships across regions and supervising more junior members of the team.Key responsibilities of the role include:Lead on a number of complex client relationships and deliver an outstanding client management experience.Develop high quality relationships with clients and act as the day-to-day point of contact for client-related matters.Take ownership of diverse aspects of client servicing by internal co-ordination with other departments.Arrange regular investment meetings to ensure objectives are well executed.Keep abreast of competitor activities, industry trends, and developments in the local market.Aid in the development of more junior team members.Minimum Requirements:Candidates must have direct institutional client relationship experience and a solid understanding of fund management.
