EUD Engineer£250 per day to Umbrella3-month initial contractOnsite 4-5 days per weekWe are supporting our public sector client with the recruitment of an EUD Engineer to provide mobile ICT support, fixing and replacing laptops, mobile phones, monitors and other ICT equipment.The role will be predominantly based in Kidlington, with requirements to travel to support other locations. Due to the mobile nature of the role, candidates must have their own car and a full UK driving licence.The role is initially for 3 months, with working hours of approximately 09:00-17:00, although flexibility may be required depending on operational requirements.These roles require candidates with previous experience in ICT operational delivery, strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused approach to resolving technical incidents and requests.Skills and experience required:Previous experience working in ICT operational deliveryProven experience supporting Windows 10, smartphones, laptops and desktop computersExperience resolving incidents, service requests and technical problemsStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsProven experience identifying and delivering service improvementsExcellent customer service and customer experience ethosExperience creating procedures, technical documentation and knowledge base articlesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical usersExperience using ServiceNowNPPV Level 3 clearance or ..... full job details .....
