EUC Support Engineer (SC Cleared) - £250/day via Umbrella - 3 Month Contract - Leiston - Onsite - SCC Flex ContractWe are seeking an experienced EUC Support Engineer (SC Cleared) with Microsoft Intune experience to support a large-scale Android tablet deployment and device management programme.Your responsibilities as the EUC Support Engineer: Manage, configure and deploy Android tablets using Microsoft Intune.Provide first-line support for device, application and connectivity issues.Support device life cycle activities including provisioning, refreshes, replacements and decommissioning.Prepare, test and issue devices to end users.Maintain accurate asset, inventory and CMDB records.Support onboarding, floor-walking and rollout activities.Escalate complex issues and contribute to service improvements. As a successful EUC Support Engineer, you will have: Active SC Clearance.Experience supporting Android devices through Microsoft Intune.Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and device life cycle management.Strong first-line support and troubleshooting skills.Experience with asset management, inventory tracking and CMDB updates.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and ITIL processes is desirable.
