UK Power Networks is looking for an IS End-user Computing Support Engineer to provide high-quality technical support across the business from our Ipswich office.In this permanent role, you will deliver deskside and remote IT support for colleagues, senior stakeholders and operational teams. You will resolve incidents and service requests, support laptops, desktops, mobile and field devices, printers, meeting room technology, Teams, Outlook, Exchange and business applications, while ensuring users are kept informed and issues are managed through to resolution.You will also help build and configure devices, support user access requests, maintain accurate records in ITSM tools, contribute to endpoint compliance and security activity, and work with internal resolver groups and third-party suppliers to progress technical issues.
