Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Estimator to join their team in Sutton. This is an opportunity for an experienced Main Contractor Estimator / Senior Estimator with a strong track record in fit out and refurbishment to take a key role within the pre-construction team. The Role As Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for leading the pricing and tendering of projects from initial enquiry through to submission, working closely with the pre-construction and delivery teams to produce accurate and competitive tenders. Projects will typically be valued up to approximately £8 million and will include commercial fit out, refurbishment and cut and carve schemes. Key Responsibilities Preparing detailed estimates and tenders for projects up to £8m Reviewing drawings, specifications, scopes and tender documentation Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates Managing the tender process from enquiry through to submission Obtaining, analysing and negotiating subcontractor and supplier quotations Identifying commercial risks, opportunities, exclusions and value engineering ..... full job details .....
