In this role, you will evaluate roofing projects, analyse specifications, and prepare comprehensive estimates that align with client needs and company standards. Duties Review project plans, specifications, and site conditions to develop precise roofing cost estimates. Collaborate with sales teams, project managers, and clients to understand project scope and requirements. Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather data necessary for accurate estimation. Prepare detailed proposals outlining material costs, labor requirements, equipment needs, and timelines. Utilise estimating software and cost control tools to ensure accuracy and consistency across projects. Analyse supplier quotes and negotiate pricing to optimize project budgets.
