The business has grown significantly in recent years and is now looking to build the foundations of a strong team to support its next phase of growth.The company delivers main contracting and refurbishment projects across London and the surrounding areas, with experience across roofing, fireproofing, decorating, carpentry, bricklaying and masonry. The business also carries out a number of installations directly, giving it a hands-on approach to project delivery.As Estimator / QS, you will be predominantly office-based and play a key role in securing new work. You will manage tenders, produce competitive pricing, deal with subcontractors and review BOQs, while working closely with the Director to help build the company''s growing pipeline.This role would suit someone with strong main contracting experience who is commercially minded, hungry to win work and wants to play a key role in the growth of a business.
