PSR Solutions are working with a market leading client within the Civil Engineering Sector to recruit an Estimator to Join their Pre-Construction team on a permanent basis. This role will be based in the West Midlands and will involve work within the Groundworks sector.Estimator Roles and ResponsibilitiesMaking initial contact with clients to confirm accept or decline of tender.Assisting in producing take-offs and cost database for analysis by othersCalculate the cost of materials, transport, labour and plant hire.Undergo regular site visits to understand the process/ timings and sciences of estimating including the realization of the labour/ plant and material aspect of any given construction process.Keeping up to date with inflation and projected timescale costs.Estimator RequirementsA Estimator / Senior Estimator with Groundworks experienceGeneral Knowledge of contractual terms within the construction industry.Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft packages including ExcelEffective communicator - Both written and verbalSkilled Negotiator with strong mathematical abilityProblem SolverEstimator BenefitsSalary - 55,000- 70,000 DOEBased near Stafford 20 Days Holiday + Bank HolidaysIf you are interested in this Estimator role, please apply or contact Jack Brown at PSR ..... full job details .....
