MandE Estimator Location: Dartford, KentSalary: Up to £80,000 DOEEmployment Type: Permanent The Opportunity Damicor are currently recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join a well-established MandE engineering services provider delivering mechanical, electrical and fabric refurbishment and fit-out projects across London and the South East. The Estimator will take responsibility for managing the estimating and tender process from initial enquiry through to final submission and handover to the project delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MandE Estimator looking to join an established business where they can play a key role in securing profitable new work and contribute to the continued growth of the company. Key ResponsibilitiesEstimating and Tender Management Lead the estimating process for commercial fit-out, refurbishment and new-build projects. Manage tenders from receipt of initial enquiry through to final submission. Review and assess tender documentation and project requirements. Analyse drawings, specifications and project information to develop accurate estimates. Prepare compliant tenders, including appropriate clarifications, assumptions and exclusions. Produce accurate net estimates with clear and comprehensive cost breakdowns. Ensure tenders are prepared and submitted within agreed timescales.
