Estimator - Facades and Cladding

I''m currently working with a growing fa ade contractor who is looking to appoint an Estimator to strengthen their pre-construction team. This is a great opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of work, pricing a range of fa ade and cladding packages across residential and commercial developments. The Role: Preparing competitive tenders for fa ade and cladding projects Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation Obtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotations Preparing cost plans and tender submissions Working closely with the design and commercial teams Attending pre-contract meetings where required What I''m Looking For: Previous estimating experience within the fa ade or cladding sector Strong understanding of fa ade systems and construction methods Excellent commercial awareness Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tenders Good communication and negotiation skills What''s On Offer: 55,000 - 75,000 salary depending on experience Hybrid working Secure pipeline of projects Excellent career development opportunities If this sounds of interest, feel free to get in touch for more details. ..... full job details .....
