Our client are a-well-established mechanical contractor specialising in the design, installation, and maintenance of plumbing and heating systems across both the public and private sectors.

HQ based in East London.

The Role - Assistant Estimator / Assistant QS

My client are looking for a proactive individual to join their close-knit team.

• Assist-in the preparation of cost estimates and tender submissions

• Support in-the preparation of Bills of Quantities, cost plans, and procurement schedules

• Obtain-and analyse-subcontractor and supplier quotations

• Liaise-with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams

• Utilise-Microsoft Excel and specific software to analyse project costs, produce reports, and maintain commercial records.
