Estimator - Facades & Cladding

I''m currently working with a growing fa-ade contractor who is looking to appoint an Estimator to strengthen their pre-construction team.

This is a great opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of work, pricing a range of fa-ade and cladding packages across residential and commercial developments.

The Role:

• Preparing competitive tenders for fa-ade and cladding projects
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation
• Obtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Preparing cost plans and tender submissions
• Working closely with the design and commercial teams
• Attending pre-contract meetings where required

What I''m Looking For:

• Previous estimating experience within the fa-ade or cladding sector
• Strong understanding of fa-ade systems and construction methods
• Excellent commercial awareness
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tenders
• Good communication and negotiation skills
