Estimator - Drylining

About the Company I am currently working with a well-established specialist contractor that delivers drylining, ceilings, partitions, SFS, plastering and interior packages across London and the Home Counties. With a strong reputation for quality and reliability, the business works with a range of leading main contractors on residential, commercial, education and mixed-use developments. About the Role Due to continued growth, I am looking to speak with experienced Drylining Estimators who are looking to join a successful and expanding contractor. Working closely with the pre-construction team, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders for drylining and interior packages, helping to secure a steady pipeline of profitable work. Key responsibilities include: Reviewing tender documentation, drawings and specifications. Preparing detailed take-offs and cost estimates. Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations. Identifying value engineering opportunities. Producing comprehensive tender submissions. Attending pre-tender and post-tender meetings. Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams throughout the bid process. Assisting with handovers to operational teams following project award. Rewards and Benefits Competitive salary package.
