Due to an expanding workload, they are looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Estimator to strengthen their commercial and pre-construction team. Responsibilities: Prepare detailed mechanical estimates and cost plans for tender submissions. Review drawings, specifications and employer''s requirements. Produce accurate take-offs and pricing for mechanical packages. Obtain and assess quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions. Work closely with the pre-construction, design and commercial teams throughout the tender process. Attend tender meetings and contribute to bid strategy.
