DCT Recruitment are looking for a permanent Estimator to join our ever growing client. Specializing in Construction ro Civils or Rail would be advantage Working on hybrid role if required. Responsibilities Responsible for calculating the costs associated with building projects. Use blueprints and specifications to determine the required materials and labor needed for a project. Analyze market prices for materials and labor to ensure accurate estimates. Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the project stays within budget. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make adjustments to their estimates accordingly. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide accurate and timely estimates. Maintain detailed records of the estimate process, including material and labor costs. Multitask and prioritize various projects in order to meet deadlines. Responsible for negotiating terms and prices with subcontractors and suppliers. Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail. ..... full job details .....
