We work with bespoke manufacturers on prestigious residential, hotel, and commercial projects, with quality, safety, and collaboration at the core of everything we do.We are now looking to expand our commercial team with an Estimator who is seeking a long-term career, offering the opportunity to develop professionally while working on high-profile projects in Central London and beyond.Key ResponsibilitiesEstimating:Prepare accurate and timely estimates, including take-offs and pricing using schedules of rates (SOR)Ensure all estimates are returned within required deadlinesNegotiate and agree tendersSupport and help drive the ongoing development of the estimating function, including process improvementBuild and maintain strong working relationships with Directors and ClientsGeneral:Contribute to the wider team and continuous improvement activitiesLiaise effectively across the business to support successful project deliveryIdentify process improvements and potential business opportunitiesClient relationship developmentEmbrace and introduce digital technologies to transform the estimating departmentRequirements:Flexibility and willingness to travel to London, with occasional ..... full job details .....
