Estimator

We''re looking for an experienced Estimator with a strong background in masonry works to join our growing team in Manchester.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with trade knowledge who''s ready to take the next step in their career and help deliver accurate, competitive estimates on a range of projects.

• Preparing accurate cost estimates for masonry packages

• Assessing drawings, specifications, and tender documents

• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

• Supporting the project team with budgets and cost planning

• Ensuring projects are commercially viable and competitive

• Proven experience in brick / masonry works and/or construction estimating

• Strong knowledge of materials, labour, and industry standards

• Excellent numerical and communication skills

• Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines

• A proactive approach and problem-solving mindset
