We are working with a well established and reputable construction contractor who are looking for an Estimator to join their business in the Northwest. They work on a variety of projects including new build commercial, industrial, Education and healthcare projects.The ideal individual will have experience of working within the industrial, commercial, residential, and retail sectors. Working on multi million estimates alongside commercial teams.Roles, responsibilities and qualificationsReview of tender documentationWorking with supply chain to provide accurate tenders- Experience of Estimating Software packagesReview of supply chain tender returnsPreparation of budget costingsProviding sales and estimating documentationWorking directly with the clientsInternal QA handover packs, subsequent to contract awardsAttendance of internal pre-start meetings, subsequent to contract awardsEducated to degree qualification in quantity surveyingConversant in software packages such as Microsoft excel, word, outlook and notable construction estimating software packagesMain contracting experienceExcellent communication and organisational skillsDriving licenceIf you have the relevant experience and are looking for a new role please apply to Jack Birks at SetsquareRG Setsquare is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. ..... full job details .....
