ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Manager, you will:

Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team

Oversee the full sales process to drive growth

Coordinate with admin teams for property marketing and sales

Report on KPIs and budget performance to meet and exceed targets

Develop and implement strategic action plans

Serve as a market expert with strong commercial awareness

What to Expect

Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 (dependent on experience)

OTE: £35,000 - £40,000 per year

Working hours: 8:30am to 6pm (Monday to Thursday), 9am to 5pm (Saturday)
