Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging ESOL lessons tailored to learners'' needs and language levels (from beginner to advanced).
Support learners in developing reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
Prepare materials, activities, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards and learning goals.
Monitor and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback and encouragement.
Foster an inclusive, respectful, and supportive learning environment.
Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and cultural backgrounds.
Collaborate with other tutors, staff, or coordinators as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent).
Experience teaching ESOL or EFL learners in group or one-on-one settings.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and classroom management skills.
Sensitivity to the needs of learners from diverse backgrounds.
