Employee Relations Advisor - Restructuring and Change Solihull - Hybrid 9 months FTC Salary: Up to £45K plus benefits Are you an experienced Employee Relations professional looking to play a key role in a major transformation programme? We''re recruiting on behalf of a leading international organisation for an Employee Relations Business Partner to join their UK Employee Relations team on a 10-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile change projects, supporting the UK business through complex employee relations activity while partnering with an experienced Centre of Excellence. This role has been created as part of a wider transformation, allowing HR Business Partners to focus on strategic partnering while you take ownership of end-to-end Employee Relations activity across change programmes. The Role Working closely with the UK Employee Relations team and project stakeholders, you''ll manage a varied portfolio of change-related Employee Relations activity, ensuring processes are delivered compliantly, professionally and with empathy.
