The RoleWe''re looking for a dynamic leader to take lead our environmental liaison officers, driving excellence in compliance and shaping the future of our sustainability journey.In this pivotal role, you''ll create and deliver strategies that respond to regulator insights, lead transformation programmes that align with our business goals, and inspire your team to achieve outstanding results.Key AccountabilitiesTo lead and support a team of Environmental Liaison Officers and provide direction and guidanceTo support the Head of Environmental Performance in the execution of company goals and act as deputy to the Head of Environmental Performance during periods of absenceTo support the Environmental Services team with technical matters relating to regulatory inspectionsTo develop, manage and disseminate Environmental Liaison policies, processes and strategies?Lead and support the team members and operational managers with technical aspects of regulatory improvementTo review existing and identify new processes and embed into associated instructions to deliver continuous improvement.Undertake audits of processes to identify improvement actionsRepresenting the company on external working groups?Regulatory reporting line ownership / reviewerEssential Skills and ExperienceStrong and proven leadership ability.Detailed understanding of environmental permitting regulations relevant to water industry operations.Full UK driving license is required for this role as site visits form a key ..... full job details .....
