Tenant Liaison Officer

Overview

We are currently seeking a Tenant Liaison Officer to support site operations across social housing projects. This role is key to ensuring strong communication between tenants, clients, and site teams, while helping deliver internal/external refurbishments, paving, fencing, and sustainability works.6-8 Weeks work - ChorleyResponsibilities

Act as the main point of contact between tenants, site teams, and clientsManage enquiries, resolve complaints, and provide regular updates to all stakeholdersCoordinate community engagement and social value initiativesCarry out site visits and face-to-face interactions with tenants and clientsMaintain accurate documentation, reports, and communicationsPromote success stories and contribute to marketing effortsWhat We''re Looking For

Experience in a customer-facing role (ideally in social housing)Previous liaison experience on tenanted refurbishment projects is highly desirableConfident communicator with solid IT and admin skillsFull UK Driving Licence requiredFlexible with travel and working ..... full job details .....
