Overview
We are currently seeking a Tenant Liaison Officer to support site operations across social housing projects. This role is key to ensuring strong communication between tenants, clients, and site teams, while helping deliver internal/external refurbishments, paving, fencing, and sustainability works.6-8 Weeks work - ChorleyResponsibilities
Act as the main point of contact between tenants, site teams, and clientsManage enquiries, resolve complaints, and provide regular updates to all stakeholdersCoordinate community engagement and social value initiativesCarry out site visits and face-to-face interactions with tenants and clientsMaintain accurate documentation, reports, and communicationsPromote success stories and contribute to marketing effortsWhat We''re Looking For
