Provide high-quality, timely, and accurate professional advice, guidance, and information about work matters to customers or colleagues in an understandable and appropriate format.4. Scrutinise customer statutory applications, notifications, consultations, schemes, licences, registrations, and make executive decisions using delegated powers.5. Review draft Client policies, reports, committee papers, procedures, protocols, risk assessments, service plans, action plans, and proposals; advise on their adequacy within your professional expertise.6. Prepare, interpret, and present accurate, understandable, and timely reports, documents, spreadsheets, data analyses, and feedback.
