We are looking for a proactive and confident Enforcement Officer to join our frontline team tackling waste-related and highway offences. From fly-tipping and littering to illegal signage and obstructions, you\''ll play a vital role in maintaining public spaces and ensuring compliance with local regulations.Key Responsibilities
Investigate reports of environmental and highway offences including fly-tipping, littering, abandoned vehicles, and illegal advertisingidentify and respond to breaches of legislationIssue Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs) and prepare case files for prosecution where necessaryEngage with residents, businesses, and contractors to promote awareness and complianceMaintain accurate records and provide evidence for legal proceedingsCollaborate with internal departments and external agencies to support enforcement activitiesThe Person
