We''re looking for dedicated and engaging English Tutors to support children and young people across Hampshire.

Working on behalf of Local Authorities, you''ll provide personalised 1:1 tuition to vulnerable learners who require alternative educational provision. Students may be of varying ages and come from a range of backgrounds, with many requiring additional support to improve confidence, re-engage with education, and progress in their learning.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building positive relationships and adapting their approach to meet the needs of each learner.

• Type: 1:1 Tuition
• Pay Rate: -2530 per hour

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months'' experience working in an educational setting, including tutoring, teaching, teaching assistance, mentoring, or other educational support roles
• Strong English knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging sessions
• Experience supporting children and young people with a range of learning needs is desirable
• Patient, adaptable, and learner-focused approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
• Access to a vehicle is desirable; alternatively, willingness to travel within your local area
