We''re working with several welcoming and well-resourced secondary schools in Wellingborough that are seeking a talented English Teacher to join their teams from September 2025. Whether you''re looking for a permanent role or a long-term opportunity, we have a range of full-time positions to suit your ambitions.

Your Role Will Include:

• Teaching English across Key Stages 3 and 4 (some schools also offer KS5 for suitable candidates)

• Creating lessons that ignite discussion, spark creativity, and improve written and verbal communication

• Supporting students of all abilities with engaging, inclusive approaches

• Helping shape the English curriculum and contribute to shared department planning

• Leading or supporting extra-curricular opportunities such as reading groups, poetry slams, or school publications

We''re Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds QTS/QTLS or an equivalent teaching qualification in English

• Brings strong subject knowledge and a passion for literature, language, and learning

• Has the ability to build positive relationships and maintain high expectations in the classroom

• Enjoys working as part of a team and sharing ideas and best practice

• Is either an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to grow with strong support
