This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to move into a training and mentoring role, helping to develop the next generation of engineering talent. Working within a dedicated apprenticeship academy, you will support learners through a combination of technical training, coaching and guidance, helping them build the skills and knowledge required for successful careers within engineering and manufacturing. Candidates from electrical, mechanical, manufacturing or toolmaking backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Previous training experience is beneficial but not essential, as full support and professional development can be provided for the right person. About the Role As part of a growing apprenticeship team, you will support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey, delivering engaging training, monitoring progress and providing ongoing support to help apprentices achieve their goals.
