Production Team Leader Location: BrandonReports to: Production SupervisorAbout the Role We are currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join a busy and growing manufacturing environment in Brandon.Working closely with the Production Supervisor, you will lead and support a small team of Production Operators, ensuring the production line runs safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in operating machinery, carrying out changeovers, monitoring production performance and supporting your team to achieve daily targets.We are looking for someone who is confident working with machinery, has a proactive approach and enjoys taking responsibility within a fast-paced production environment.Key Responsibilities Operate production machinery and carry out regular changeovers as required. Lead, organise and support a small team of Production Operators. Ensure daily production targets for quality, output and efficiency are achieved. Monitor line performance and report any issues or concerns to the Production Supervisor. Ensure all production activities are carried out in line with Health and Safety and GMP standards. Complete shift handovers and maintain accurate production records, including downtime, output, changeovers and quality checks.
