Job Title: Engineering Team Lead (Electronics, Embedded Systems and IoT)Location: Cambridge (On-Site Working)Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 + Bonus and Benefits (Depending on Experience) Please Note: All Applicants must have the right to work in the UK without the need for VISA sponsorship now or in the future.Role Overview: Zenovo are looking for an experienced Engineering Team Lead to join their client in Cambridge and lead the technical development of next-generation connected devices.The ideal candidate will have multidisciplinary experience across electronics, embedded systems, wireless communications and IoT, with a proven ability to take complex products from concept through to mass production. You ll define technical direction, guide architecture and coordinate engineering activities across the full product lifecycle, working closely with Product, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, suppliers and external partners. This is an individual contributor leadership role, with significant ownership of technical strategy and product execution, influencing outcomes through engineering expertise, collaboration and technical leadership.Job Responsibilities: Lead multidisciplinary technical decisions across electronics, embedded software, wireless, mechanical and system integration.
