We are looking for an experienced Civils Team Lead to take a key role in leading and developing a civil engineering service within a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy. This is an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Civil Engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality engineering solutions while helping to shape the future direction of our civil engineering offering.As a Civils Team Lead, you will lead the delivery of highways, drainage, flood risk, infrastructure and civil engineering projects across a diverse portfolio of UK developments. Working closely with Directors and multidisciplinary project teams, you will have the autonomy to influence technical solutions, develop client relationships and drive the continued growth of the civil engineering team.This Civils Team Lead role combines technical excellence with project management, mentoring, business development and strategic leadership.
