Due to continued growth, they''re looking to appoint an Engineering Supervisor to support and develop their engineering team, on a Monday to Friday days role with flexible hours.The RoleLead, support and develop a team of engineers, helping each individual grow their skills and confidenceGet hands-on with planned and reactive maintenance across high-speed production and packaging equipmentSupport fault finding on electrical and mechanical breakdowns to minimise downtimeWork closely with production and wider site teams to drive continuous improvementPromote a safe, positive and team focused culture, ensuring work is completed in line with site standardsWhat We''re Looking ForAn experienced engineer with a good mix of electrical and mechanical skillsExperience within a fast-paced environment such as food, packaging, pharma, or similarLeadership or supervisory experience would be advantageous, but isn''t essentialA people person who can lead, inspire and develop othersA strong communicator with a proactive, can-do approachYou don''t need to be the finished article.
