Salary: Up to -55,000
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, days, with flexible hours
Location: Cambridgeshire

Our client is an established and expanding FMCG business based in Cambridgeshire. Due to continued growth, they''re looking to appoint an Engineering Supervisor to support and develop their engineering team, on a Monday to Friday days role with flexible hours.

The Role

Lead, support and develop a team of engineers, helping each individual grow their skills and confidence
Get hands-on with planned and reactive maintenance across high-speed production and packaging equipment
Support fault finding on electrical and mechanical breakdowns to minimise downtime
Work closely with production and wider site teams to drive continuous improvement
Promote a safe, positive and team focused culture, ensuring work is completed in line with site standards

What We''re Looking For

An experienced engineer with a good mix of electrical and mechanical skills
Experience within a fast-paced environment such as food, packaging, pharma, or similar
Leadership or supervisory experience would be advantageous, but isn''t essential
A people person who can lead, inspire and develop others
A strong communicator with a proactive, can-do approach

You don''t need to be the finished article. Full development will be offered to help you grow into the role.
