Engineering SupervisorNorthampton£50,000 - £55,000 A leading building maintenance provider is looking to recruit an experienced Engineering Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations on a prestigious commercial site in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically biased engineer looking to step into a supervisory position or develop their existing leadership experience. The role offers HVAP training, ongoing technical development and clear opportunities for career progression. The successful candidate will have a strong electrical background, commercial building services experience and the ability to lead a team of engineers while maintaining high standards of service delivery, safety and compliance. Duties: Supervising and supporting a team of maintenance engineers. Overseeing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs. Managing subcontractors and coordinating remedial works. Completing RAMS, permits to work, logbooks and job reports. Carrying out plant and system isolations in line with safety procedures. Ensuring all works meet relevant safety regulations and standards. Raising and closing jobs using PDA systems. Liaising with client representatives and attending client meetings. Keeping the Account Manager updated on site performance and maintenance activity.
