Engineering Manager

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of software engineers within a modern cloud-native environment. Reporting to the IT Director, you will drive engineering delivery, coach and develop team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure and reliable software solutions.This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for an Engineering Manager or Development Manager from a SaaS/product-led technology business, who originally came from a strong software engineering background.You will have genuinely managed engineers, performance, coaching, hiring, delivery, quality and engineering standards, while remaining technically credible enough to challenge and support senior engineers. Ideally you will come from modern, fast-moving engineering environments with strong cloud-native architecture, CI/CD, automation, observability and DevOps practices.
