Engineering Manager

Looking for an experienced and proactive Engineering Manager to join our dynamic business to help us with continuous improvements and operational efficiency. To lead and manage a team of Machine Setters and Maintenance Engineers, ensuring production operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption. You Will Be Responsible For: Team management. Preventive maintenance. Fault diagnosis. Health, safety, environmental and regulatory compliance. Continuous improvements and efficiency of manufacturing productivity. Cycle times, machinery capacity etc. Engineering records and documentation. Key Skills/Experience Required: Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in chemical, process, mechanical, manufacturing or related engineering disciplines.
