Engineering Manager Wakefield, West Yorkshire, Up to £66,000 + 5k Car Allowance per annum + Bonus + Benefits Join a Growing Yorkshire Housebuilder An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Engineering Manager or Senior Engineer to join a well-established and growing housebuilder with an impressive pipeline of residential developments across Yorkshire. We''re looking to speak with candidates from a Main Contractor, Civil Engineering Contractor, Civil Engineering Consultancy or Housebuilder, who have strong residential new build experience and are looking to play a key role within an expanding Technical team. This is an excellent opportunity to influence projects from land acquisition through to construction, while helping shape the future of the engineering function as the business continues to grow. The Role As Engineering Manager, you''ll take the lead on all civil engineering aspects of residential developments, working closely with the Land, Technical and Commercial teams to deliver practical, cost-effective engineering solutions. You''ll review engineering designs, coordinate external consultants and provide technical guidance throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.
