Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager - Electronics Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 (DOE) We are currently recruiting for an Engineering Manager to join an established and technically driven engineering business. This is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the CTO, with responsibility for developing the engineering function and providing the structure, process and leadership required to take products from prototype and development through engineering approval, project delivery and productionisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineering leader who combines strong technical capability with commercial awareness, people leadership and a structured approach to project and product delivery. The Role As Engineering Manager, you will lead and develop the engineering function, working closely with engineering, operations, production and customers to ensure products are developed, validated and successfully transitioned into production. You will be responsible for introducing effective engineering processes and project discipline while maintaining the flexibility and innovation required within a technically focused environment. You will work alongside highly technical and RandD-led engineers, providing leadership, direction and structure while supporting the continued development of the engineering team.
