Engineering Manager

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to oversee the successful delivery of engineering design projects, ensuring they remain on schedule, within budget, and meet customer expectations from design through to installation and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Engineering Manager will oversee and manage multiple projects from order to completion.
• Ensure projects and designs are delivered on time and within budget.
• The Engineering Manager will manage the Design team as they deliver projects from concept to completion
• Liaise with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate design, fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Issue drawings and project documentation for customer approval.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively.
• Drive continuous improvement and support future quality/accreditation initiatives.

What We''re Looking For:

• Proven Engineering Management experience within engineering, manufacturing or a technical environment.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in CAD (Solidworks) is preferable
• The Engineering Manager will need strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Engineering qualifications are not essential.
