In addition to composting Envar also recycle coffee grounds.About the role:Envar are looking for an Engineering Manager who will be responsible for leading the engineering and maintenance function across the facility, ensuring all plant, machinery, vehicles and fixed assets operate safely, reliably and efficiently. The role will drive engineering excellence, asset reliability, preventative maintenance programmes and capital improvement projects to maximise operational performance and minimise downtime.The Engineering Manager will work closely with Site Managers and Operational Leaders to ensure engineering activities support business objectives, production targets and compliance requirements.Responsibilities:Lead and develop the engineering team across the facility.Establish clear engineering standards, procedures and performance expectations.Build a proactive maintenance culture focused on reliability and continuous improvement.Provide ..... full job details .....
