Lead a team of backend and frontend engineers delivering CRM features, integrations, and toolingDefine and drive technical strategy for CRM system architecture and scalabilityCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into engineering roadmapsEnsure engineering best practices including testing, CI/CD, documentation, and code qualityMentor and develop engineers through regular feedback, coaching, and career developmentManage team performance and delivery timelines in an agile environmentRequirements

Fluent spoken and written English3+ years in an engineering leadership roleStrong technical background with expertise in modern web technologies, APIs, and data flowsDemonstrable success delivering large-scale systems for enterprise clientsExcellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skillsA strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term goalsReady to apply?
