Engineering ManagerLondon Up to £67,000 package (dependent on experience)We re working with a leading facilities management organisation that is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to take senior responsibility for engineering service delivery across a number of high-profile sites in LondonThis is a senior, client-facing position where you ll provide technical leadership across building services, engineering compliance, maintenance delivery and contractor performance, while also playing a key role in driving service improvement and additional works.You ll be the senior engineering contact across the account, working closely with operational teams, contractors and client stakeholders to ensure the sites remain safe, compliant, reliable and efficiently managed.The RoleAs Engineering Manager, you ll oversee the day-to-day engineering operation across both locations, ensuring planned and reactive maintenance is delivered to a consistently high standard.You ll combine strong technical knowledge with commercial awareness and excellent stakeholder management, taking ownership of engineering performance, compliance, escalations and improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee engineering and MandE service delivery across multiple sites.Ensure planned and reactive maintenance is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual requirements.Monitor performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs, taking action where standards are not being met.Maintain ..... full job details .....
