Candidate Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop an established team of engineers, creating a supportive environment where junior members can grow and thriveAct as a mentor and technical role model, championing continuous professional development across the teamManaging your team of engineers, you will monitor and provide guidance to the team coordinating the design of temporary and permanent works across a diverse project portfolioProvide technical management and quality assurance across all engineering outputsAssess competencies and nominate Contractors Responsible Engineers (CRE) and Contractors Responsible Managers (CEM) on Rail frameworks and contractsAct in capacity of CEM on rail contracts where required, drawing on broad project experience to build client confidence and trustAppoint ..... full job details .....
